In this day when "customer service" has become a dying art. We at Accelerated International want to applaud and celebrate Edwin Montiel at Victory Van Corp in Alexandria, VA as being an EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service Provider.

 

   No-one wants to experience or cause damage to a customer's possessions, but unfortunately sometimes damages do happen.

This occurred on our client moving to Rwanda. They experienced a broken windshield and buying a new windshield in Rwanda was not an option. Fortunately with quick thinking by the client and a donation of personal time by Edwin the new windshield is on its way.

 

   Thank you Edwin for sacrificing part of your Saturday to pickup this windshield and arrange for it to be placed in the members secondary shipment. It is rare to find someone for whom customer needs are so important!
